This notice covers the InfraDock AI website. It describes the information the project enquiry form collects, why we ask for it, who processes it, and how to have it removed.
What this notice covers
This notice covers this website: the pages you are reading and the project enquiry form on them. It does not cover the InfraDock product. Project spreadsheets, documents, and the answers built from them belong to the team whose project they are, and their handling is governed by the agreement with that team rather than by this page.
What the enquiry form collects
The enquiry form on this site is the only place we ask you for personal information. It collects your name, your work email address, your company name, and an optional project note. Nothing else on the site asks you to identify yourself, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on these pages.
Why we ask for it
We use these details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a product walkthrough. We do not sell them, and we do not use them to build advertising profiles.
Who processes it
Your submission is sent to an endpoint on this site, which forwards it to our enquiry function hosted on Supabase. Responses from that endpoint are returned with a no-store cache directive so the reply is not retained by browsers or intermediate caches.
The walkthrough video
The solution walkthrough is hosted on Vimeo and is click-to-load. No request is made to Vimeo until you press play. Once you do, Vimeo receives the information any website request carries, including your IP address and browser details, and handles it under its own privacy policy. If you never press play, Vimeo is never contacted.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for [RETENTION PERIOD — TO BE CONFIRMED], after which they are deleted. If you would like yours removed sooner, ask us and we will delete them.
Withdrawing your details
Email info@infradock.ai and ask us to delete your enquiry. You do not need to give a reason. You can also ask what we hold about you and we will tell you.
Changes
If this notice changes, the updated version replaces this page. Material changes to what we collect or why will be described here rather than made quietly.
